  • Bread Slices-6nos
  • Butter (for spreading and toasting)
  • Cucumber slices

For Green Chutney:

  • Garlic- 4Nos
  • Green Chilli-3 no
  • Coriander leaves- 1 cup
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon juice- 1tsp
  • Salt- to taste

For Orange Layer

  • Carrot -1 medium-sized(grated)
  • Beetroot -1 small-sized (grated)
  • Chaat masala or black salt- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt (to taste)

For preparing the white layer

  • Paneer – 1 cup (crumbled)
  • Black Pepper- 1 tsp
  • Salt -to taste

How to make Tricolor Sandwich Recipe

Step 1: Preparing Green chutney

  • In a mixer jar add garlic, green chilies, and coriander leaves, and grind it into a paste.
  • Add salt and ice cubes and grind it one more time. The chutney should have a smooth consistency and take it out in a bowl.

Step 2: Creating the Orange Layer

  • Begin with grating the carrot and beetroot finely. In a bowl, mix them together and season with a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of chaat masala or black salt. The orange mixture spread should be a little tangy and mildly spiced orange filling.

Step 3: Preparing the White Layer

  • In a separate bowl, crumble the paneer and add a dash of black pepper for flavor. Mix well to ensure the pepper is evenly distributed. The creamy and subtly flavored paneer will form the white layer of the sandwich.
